Working with Chef Michael Sheerin and Restaurateur Dan Rosenthal on their new Venetion-inspired restaurant, Cicchetti, was a great opportunity.
NeighborWood serving boards were the perfect fir for the first newly-constructed Green Seal restaurant in the city, featuring reclaimed wood from upper Wisconsin.
NeighborWood obtained burled Elm, allowing us to create one of a kind serving boards for a one of a kind restaurant. Putting new design techniques and custom built CNC machines, NeighborWood was able to create serving boars with indentations in them to hold metal polenta bowls. To compliment the custom polenta boards, Burled Elm was used to make a variety of small and larger serving boards.
